Returns and Exchanges


RETURNS

You can return any full priced merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Returns received past 15 days cannot be accepted. All gift cards, sale/markdown items and accessories are final sale. 

Please note that En Elly does not cover any shipping and handling fees. To complete your return, please make sure to fill out the return form at the bottom of your packing slip and include it in your shipment.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment and a notification e-mail will be sent to you accordingly. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.

If your return is not received in its original condition, you will be notified via e-mail regarding the status.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not see your refund after 5-7 business days, please contact your card issuing company/bank as some take longer to process refunds. 

EXCHANGES
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, defective and/or damaged item, please contact us immediately via e-mail at support@en-elly.com so that we can replace the item.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, and purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning several items at once. En Elly is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during transit.
