ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday~Friday excluding select holidays. Once your order has been placed, changes cannot be made. If you need to make any alterations to an order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at support@en-elly.com to cancel your order before it is fulfilled.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that En Elly does not cover any shipping and handling fees. Shipping cost is determined at checkout by USPS based on the order and destination. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which is a standard service provided by USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping on our site.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail with your USPS tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours from the time of shipment for tracking details to be shown on USPS' website.
